On August in 2021, I went to Toramaru (虎丸), which is called Jiro-kei.
The building itself is a little bit old.
There are lots of options. Jiro-kei ramen shops serve a large ramen even though you order medium size. I ordered Mini-ramen.

Thick Noodles are very chewy. I like it.
The soup left a bad taste in my mouth. I don’t know why, but the soup tastes a little sweet.
You can find two big porks under the ramen. The taste is not bad, but it is also a little bit sweet.
The concept of the ramen is not bad, but sweetness in the ramen made me bad.
