On August in 2021, I went to New tantanmen honpo(ニュータンタンメン本舗) in Kawagoe, Saitama.
This branch shop has been opened since 2020. New tantan men restaurant has more than twenty branches.
You can see some options, but you should choose dantan noodles (tantanmen) because dantan noodles are the best.
You can select how hot the ramen is.
Hikaeme – not hot
Hutsu – a little hot
Chukara – hot
Okara – very hot
Mecha kara – very very hot
The noodles are a little bit soft. If you like ordinary ones, you should tell an employees that you prefer harder noodles “Katame-de”.
The soup is good.
You can enjoy beaten egg and minced meat.
When I selected hot flavor, I chose Hutsu. Next time, I wanna select Chukara.

I ate Chukara, but i did not feel that tha ramen is hot. I wanna try to eat hotter one next time.
