The total quality is great.
The noodles are good, but the way of draining hot water is not good.

The noodles are a little bit hard. I ordered Large size noodles, and then 粉っぽい
The soup is very unique. ピリ辛、汗が出てきた。
The atmosphere is bad. The way the owner talks to a part time job worker is terrible. I hate it.
Except for the owner, the taste of the ramen is wonderful.
Next time I come to this shop, I wanna eat Miso Ramen.
