When I came here at 17:15 on Monday, there were only two people in the shop.
This shop is located just next to the supermarket, which surprised me 🙂
I ordered Ramen 800 yen. I’ve asked a clerk to reduce the amount in noodles, and to increase vegetables, back-fat pork and spliced garlic.

The total quality is great.
The noodles are great. I should not have reduced the amount in noodles.
The soup is very light compared to the soup in other Jiro-kei shops.
The sliced pork is very good.
The atmosphere is very good. BGM was songs by Aimyon.
Next time I come here, I wanna eat Miso Ramen.
