On August in 2021, I went to Negi-jiro (葱次郎). This shop is located at the five-minute walk on foot from Omiya Station.
It takes about eight minutes to get there on foot.
There are some options such as Syoyu, Tonkotsu and Miso ramen.
This is Half-size fried rice. The price is just 100 yen.
The quality of ramen is awesome!
I love the large amount of soup! I usually eat ramen with soup.
Noodles are very soft. If you prefer harder one, you should request a ramen clerk to make harder one.
The soup is very rich. If you like rich miso ramen, you must visit this shop as soon as possible.

This soup is very rich, and I thought it’s like a gyokai-based soup though this ramen is Tonkotsu.

The ramens this shop serves are very good.
