This shop is a 12-minute walk from Chiba station 千葉駅.
When i came here at 11:20 on Friday, there were nine people (six inside and three outside respectively) waiting in a line.
I ordered Mini Ramen 700 yen. Most of the people requested a clerk to reduce the amount of noodles. If you are not familiar with Jiro-kei Ramen, you should ask him to do so.

The total quality is awesome.
These noodles are chewy, and I love them.
The soup is very good, but too rich for me.
The sliced pork looks hard, but very tender.
The atmosphere is very good.
Next time I come here, I wanna eat Sho Ramen (小ラーメン 麺少なめ).
