4.75 Haruki-ya 春木屋@Ogikubo Sta. 荻窪駅

This shop is a 3-minute walk from the nearest station, Ogikubo Sta. 荻窪駅.

I ordered wonton noodles today. It was quite expensive at 1,300 yen, but the ramen was worth the price.

The total quality is awesome.

The appearance might look like old-fashioned ramen that might not appeal to the younger generation, but when they try it, they would be surprised by the taste.

The noodles looked ordinary until you taste them, but for some reason, they tasted exceptionally delicious.

The portion of the noodles might be on the smaller side, so it might be better for men to order a larger serving.

The soup had a profound depth of flavor. It’s surprising that something that looks like such an ordinary, old-fashioned ramen could taste this good.

The reason it has over 2,000 reviews on Google Maps is because of its taste. The soup is very hot, so please be careful not to burn yourself.

The signature wontons of this shop were also very delicious. The meat in the wontons was a bit small, but they were full of flavor.

Although the price of 1,300 yen is quite competitive, it’s clear why the place never lacks customers.

In terms of customer service, unlike other ramen shops, the counter height is very low, allowing you to see the preparation of the ramen.

Water isn’t served from a pitcher; instead, the staff refills it as soon as they notice it’s empty, which adds to the excellent customer service.

If you want to experience hospitality in Japan, I recommend this shop.
