On August 2021, I went to Ramen Bones (らーめん梵’s), which is the ramen chain from Ramen Jiro.
A yellow signboard indicates that this shop provides a heap of ramen.
I went to the shop on the weekday before the shop opened, but there are five people waiting in a line.
This shop provides three types of ramen: Shoyu, Mazesoba and Tsukemen.
The free topping is nothing special. I’ve ordered Yasai, Ninniku and Abura.
It is common that the service in Ramen Jiro is not good, but the service in this shop is good.
You need not be afraid to come to this shop.
The noodles are a little bit too chewy for me. It is like Fujimaru.
The taste of the soup is salty for me. If you like rich ramen, you might love this soup.
The pork is also too salty for me.
You can park your car near the shop.
