Junk Garage is a chain shop related to Rokurinsha, which is one of the most popular Tsukemen shops in Tokyo.
As well as Ramen Jiro, you can add vegetables, sliced garlic and pork back fat. I added all of them for free.
This ramen is as beautiful as Mt. Fuji.

The noodles are a little bit hard and too chewy for me. However, the taste is good.
The soup is relatively lighter than other Jiro-kei ramens. I added additional sauce for a ramen, which makes your ramen taste stronger.
The pork is very soft. I like it. Vegetables are Shaki-shaki.
Garlic is a bit hot for me. Also, pork back fat is little bit big for me.
