It takes about three-minute walk from the nearest station, Omiya Park station.
Ramen Jiro is one of the most popular ramen shops in Japan. In this shop, you can add more vegetables, garlic, pork back fat, karame (richer) and shoga for free. You can order them before a clerk serves one.
I ordered all of them except for karame.
The noodles are very chewy, which will make you feel full soon.
The soup is milder than that of other chain of ramen jiro shops. I added additional richer soup on the counter. I should have ordered karame for free.
Omiya Park serves sliced ginger unlike other ramen jiro shops. I tried it, and found that it has a unique taste. I do not like it. Pork is a little bit hard for me.
I have visited almost all of ramen jiro shops, and the turn rate of this shop is not good. You need to wait for a long time compared to other shops. The atmosphere in this shop is better.
