On August in 2021, I went to Japanese-style Ramen Nagi (和風らーめん凪) to eat dantan noodles. Moreover, I got back here on December in 2021 to eat miso-based noodles.
I visited this ramen restaurant around 12:00 on holiday. You can see a few people waiting in a line, which indicates that this ramen shop is one of the most popular shops.
Here is a rural area. You can see a paddy field behind the shop.
You can choose Shoyu (soy sauce), Shio (salt), or Dantan noodles. I chose Dantan noodles.
Dandan noodles 900 yen
Fantastic. Without eating this ramen, you can find that this is the best ramen from the appearance.
Most of the time, Dantan noodles have thin noodles, but this Dantan noodles have thick ones. This choice is great.
Rich soup. This soup is addictive.
Shoyu ramen 900 yen
These noodles are chewy.
The soup has the taste of shrimp.
The sliced pork is very good.
Miso Ramen 890 yen
The noodles are very thick, which will make you full soon. The quality is not bad, but I did not expect such a large portion since this ramen is not a chain of Ramen Jiro.
The taste of the soup is also similar to Jiro-kei ramen, Junk Garage. It is also not bad, but there is nothing speacial. In addition, the amount of soup is not enough for me.
You can add spicy miso to the soup.
This ramen looks like Jiro-kei ramen, which means that large portions are served.
What I do not like most is the black pepper on this ramen. I thought the flavor spoils the taste of miso soup.
I strongly recommend that you should ear dantan noodles in this shop.
Rice topped with sliced pork 300 yen
It is not good because the taste of mayonnaise made the ramen worse.

If you do not have a car, it is hard to get there. However, you must eat this delicious ramen even if you take a taxi!
Next time I com here, I wanna eat dandan noodles or black dandan noodles.
