The total quality is great.
The noodles are chewy. I like them.
The soup is very rich.
The sliced pork is one of the best meats i have ever had. However, the vegetables are a little bit hard.
By the way, I came here ten minutes before the shop was open. I saw a clerk sleeping at the counter with an entrance door open. Of course, it happened before the ramen shop was open. However, it had a negative impact on me.
Next time I come to this shop, I wanna eat Miso Ramen.
