This shop is a 4-minute walk from the nearest station, Higashi-Nakagami Sta. 東中神駅.
When I came here at around 19:00 on Tuesday, there were about ten people waiting in a line in front of the shop.
This shop is so small that only seven people eat ramen once. The turnover rate is terrible.
I ordered Ramen 880 yen. I requested a clerk to decrease the amount of noodles. Also, I asked a clerk to add more vegetables and spliced garlic.
The total quality is great. This ramen has an originality.
These noodles are very very very thick. Some people must love them, but for me they are too thick. That is because inside noodles are a little bit hard.
The soup is very rich.
The sliced pork is very good.
The atmosphere is good.
Next time I come here, I wanna eat Miso Ramen.
