I visited Ramen Jiro’s Hitotsubashi Gakuen branch.
Until about 15 minutes before the shop opened on a weekday, almost no one was there, and even at the exact opening time, there were only about 6 people in line.
Compared to the main stores, the queue here is much smaller.

I ordered a small ramen for 850 yen with less noodles. For the free toppings, I chose vegetables, garlic, and oil.

The total quality is perfect. This ramen will be one of the legends on the down road.

The noodles are chewy and the taste is good.
Although I requested a clerk to reduce the amount of noodles, it made me full. I should have asked the clerk to halve the amount of noodles.

The soup tastes great.

The sliced pork is chewy. Vegetables are also tasty.
The atmosphere is good.
I am a big fan of this shop:)
