The total quality is normal.

The noodles are a little bit chewy for me. The taste is not bad.

The soup is light Syoyu based ramen. I do not expect it for Jiro ramen.

The sliced pork is nothing special.
The atmosphere in the shop is good. If you are a beginner for Jiro Ramen, You should come here.
