This shop is located in Kashiwa (Chiba Prefecture).
I ordered Ramen 160g (麺半分) 800 yen. Also, I requested a clerk to increase the amount in vegetables and back fat pork and spliced garlic. (I should have said “Karame”, which will make the ramen richer.)
The total quality is great.
These are one of the best noodles i have ever eaten in Jiro ramen shops. They are even softer than those in other shops. I love them, but i wanna ask a clerk to make noodles harder the next time i visit this shop.
The soup is the lightest in Jiro shops. At first i liked it, but gradually i envy the richer soup.
The sliced pork is very soft. Vegetables are too watery.
The sliced garlic is good.
The atmosphere in this shop is good.
