The noodles are nothing special. Most of the shops provide thick noodles for dantan noodles, but this shops use thin noodles. I like it.
The soup is a little bit hot. However, you can enjoy it even if you are not good at hot foods. The taste is similar to Chinese restaurants’ dantan noodles.
The ingredients are nothing special.
