I chose miso ramen at 880 yen.
The quality must be amazing you on the whole!!
Maybe, it is the first time for me to see wrinkled noodles in miso ramen. They can help mix ramens with soup well. I love it.
This soup is miso-based with tonkotsu broth with some backfat.
The sliced pork is perfect. It is very tender. You must try it if you are a meat lover.
The boiled egg is served for free. It is also good.
More vegetables (170 yen) are too spicy for me.
Though there are many customers, the shop clerks are able to keep good turnover rate.

This time, I ordered the evening-only seafood ramen for 880 yen.
