The thick noodles are good, However, the shop clerk should have drained the noodles.
This soup has distinctive flavor. It is similar to the soup made from Hokkaido.
Ingredients are very colorful. Bean sprouts are crispy and tasty. Some other customers ordered a bowl of rice.
