On August 2021, I went to Ganja Underground Ramen (頑者 アンダーグラウンドラーメン).
The atmosphere is so good.
Kawagoe is famous for little Edo, so you can see a person who pulls a rick shaw. According to him, soy sauce sold by next to the shop is used for Ramen Light.
I ordered Mazesoba, which has no soup.

The noodle is very soft, and I like it. The taste is very good.
However, I do not think that beacons go with this soup. I do not like this point.
Also, turnover rate of customers was terrible. I had to wait for more than 20 minutes though only two customers wait outside. You should not come here if you are in a hurry.
