July in 2021, I went to 麺処わこう (Mendokoro Wako) near Hon-Kawagoe Station. You can get there for 8 minutes on foot.
There were three customer groups when I visited this shop at 2 p.m. on Sunday.
Staff members seemed that they enjoyed their work. The atmosphere in the shop is energetic.
I ordered Miso-ramen (800 yen) and Gyoza (250 yen), which is Chinese dumpling.
Miso soup is very rich.
The quality of the ramen is very good on the whole. The next time I visit this shop, I wanna try to eat other options.
Three Chinese dumplings do not have garlic at the cost of 250 yen. At the lower left, you can see Miso, which includes garlic. The taste is great. You must try it.
Gyoza set meal is only 500 yen. When you wanna save money, you definitely order one.
Added on December in 2021, I came back here!! I ate shoyu-based ramen.
When it comes to shoyu-based ramen, I do not recommend you since there is nothing special about this ramen.
Light soup with sesame is not good for me. However, I love miso-based ramen as I mentioned above.
Although most of the ramen shops in Japan do not have table seats, this shop has some. So, you can enjoy ramen with your family.
