Grilled Nagoya Cochin Chicken Chinese-style Noodles 名古屋コーチンの炙り肉中華そば 900 yen
I ordered Grilled Nagoya Cochin Chicken Chinese-style Noodles 名古屋コーチンの炙り肉中華そば 900 yen.
名古屋コーチン (Nagoya Cochin) is a breed of chicken from Nagoya, Japan, known for its rich flavor and often used in various dishes.
炙り肉 (Aburi-niku) means grilled or seared meat, and 中華そば (Chuka-soba) refers to Chinese-style noodles, which is commonly used to describe ramen in Japan.

The total quality is awesome.

The noodles are the softest and the most delicious thick noodles I’ve ever had. With this, I want to eat Jiro-style ramen.
“Jiro-style ramen” means a popular and specific type of ramen in Japan known for its large portions and particular toppings.)

The smell is incredibly good; the moment it’s served in the bowl, the flavor wafts out.

The sliced pork is very good.
Wonton Men
I ordered the Wonton Men for 1250 yen.

55 4.5 5

Unlike typical wonton noodles where the wontons are quite small, the wontons here were as large as dumplings.
Rice toped with sardine 450 yen

The grilled sardine bowl 580 yen
The grilled sardine bowl for 580 yen has arrived.

It’s delicious, but 580 yen feels a bit expensive. In this case, I would prefer a regular sardine bowl.
The atmosphere in this shop is great.
