[3.5 star] Saitama Udon そのさき製麺 (Sonosaki-semen)@Minami-furuya Station-Tabelog 3.2

On July in 2021, I went to 自家製特粉うどんそのさき(Sonosaki-semen). Although you need to walk for 18 minutes from the nearest station, you must try it.

This shop is in a rural area. You can experience nostalgic atmosphere.

I ordered Nikuzyu Udon (肉汁うどん中盛) at the price of 759 yen.

Udon is thick noodles and cold. This udon is chewy and soft.

The soup is very rich and hot. You can enjoy a various kinds of vegetables.
