The noodles are thick and on the softer side. It’s a bit disappointing that they don’t have a distinct characteristic. You also can’t order them al dente.
The soup was quite bad. I was disappointed with the lack of depth in the flavor from the first sip.
As many reviews on Google Maps say it’s “too salty”, it seems you’d have to be a fan of very rich flavors to enjoy it.
The sliced pork was tender and tasty, though perhaps a bit too flavorful. The vegetables were overly crunchy.
Overall, the ramen didn’t suit my taste.
