On September 2021, I went to Nagi (凪) near Omiya station.
You can get here for three minutes on foot from the nearest station.
I bought Buta Ou (Tonkotsu-based ramen) and another portion of ball.
Usually, a clerk in a shop comes to take your order, but in this shop not. You need to use a machine attached to each seat.
When a ramen comes, you do not communicate with a clerk. Under the current situation such as COVID-19, it helps prevent the virus from spreading.
You can see much back fat on the soup.
The noodles are a little bit soft. I like it.
There is much back fat on the soup. The taste of the soup is very good.
Two slices of pork are good.
As I mentioned that, there is not any communication with a clerk in this shop. You need to help yourself to the water which is attached to each seat.
