On August 2021, I went to Takanome (鷹の目) in Omiya. Takanome has a few branches in Saitama Prefecture, and all of them are very popular in the city.
I’ve ordered Ramen-mini, which makes you full although the word “mini” is included.
If you do not usually order large-size ramen, you should order “mini”.

The noodles are very chewy. You might be full soon.
The soup looks rich, but it doesn’t. Compared to the Jiro-ramen shop, the taste is relatively light.
The pork is so big that you really make you full soon.
