August in 2021, I went to 自家製麺 一乃瀬(Zikasemen Ichinose). It takes about 13 minutes to get there on foot from the nearest station, Sashiogi Station.
The atmosphere is good.
You need to go upstairs.
There are many options you can choose.
There is a menu attached to the wall. It is easy to watch. Usually, you have to hold the menu by hand to choose what you want to eat. Thanks to the attachment of the menu, you can check the menu without touching the menu. Maybe, it will alleviate the potential risk of COVID-19.
I ordered the negi-daku (extra green onions) chashu bowl set for 1,000 yen, tax included.
The homemade curly noodles made with “mochi wheat” are delicious.
The soup is skillfully blended with white soy sauce, bonito broth, and chicken bones, pursuing a simple yet delicious taste.
The bamboo shoots (menma) are also crunchy and delicious.
The negi-daku chashu bowl was larger than I expected, with plenty of chunky chashu. It was quite delicious.
The Chinese dumplings are also good. They are bigger than usual ones. I feel Gyoza skin is little bit thick, but the taste is wonderful.
The interior in the shop is fantastic. You can use it on your first date 🙂
Next time I visit this ramen shop, I wanna try to eat 濃厚中華そば (Chinese Soba).
ごちそうさまでした。(Gochisosamadeshita)
