This shop is a 2-minute walk from the nearest station, Shiki Sta. 志木駅.
There’s always a line, but the turnover is quick. You need to buy a meal ticket before joining the queue.
When handing over the meal ticket, you’ll be asked about your preferences for noodle firmness, soup richness, and the amount of oil.
If it’s your first time, just answering “normal” for each is fine.
You’ll also be asked if you want ‘free rice’ with your meal, so respond with small, medium, or large.
I ordered Ramen with cabbages キャベツラーメン並 850 yen.
The noodles are thinner and softer compared to other stores. Therefore, many customers seem to order their noodles ‘firmer’.
The flavor of the noodles mingled well with the soup, and personally, I liked them.
The soup is a rich tonkotsu (pork bone) shoyu (soy sauce) base.
Personally, it was a bit too rich for me, so next time I plan to ask for a lighter flavor.
The topping of chashu and cabbage was very delicious. I recommend the cabbage topping.

The atmosphere in this shop is so-so. The tattooed staff member’s private conversation is loud. It’s intimidating, so no one dares to say anything.
Next time I come here, I will eat the same rame, and asked a clerk to make the soup lighter.
