The total quality is great.
The noodles are very soft and chewy. These noodles are one of my favorite ramen! I wanna try them again.
The soup is good.
The sliced pork is also good.
The atmosphere in the shop is not good, I think.
When I go to Jiro, I usually reduce noodles. However, next time I come there, I plan to not reduce them because the noodles are awesome.
