It’s a ramen shop attached to a pachinko parlor.
There are buses available from Shiraoka Station.

I ordered Ramen 900 (200g) yen.

The total quality is so-so.

I personally found the noodles quite disappointing. For Jiro-style ramen, I prefer thicker noodles.

The soup was completely non-emulsified. “Emulsified” means two liquids, like oil and water, are mixed to form a stable blend. The soup was salty, and the firm noodles didn’t blend well with it.

The chashu was quite salty but tender and delicious. The vegetables were average.
Even though the reviews on Google Maps mentioned that the “extra vegetables(Yasai Mashi-Mashi)” portion was small, they serve a bowl full of vegetables on a separate dish. It might be better to avoid ordering extra vegetables (Mashi-Mashi).

The atmosphere in this shop is great.
Next time I come here, I will eat Miso Ramen.
