I’ve come to Aokitei, one of my favorite ramen chain stores. It’s more affordable compared to other shops.
I ordered miso ramen for 650 yen, 3 pieces of gyoza for 100 yen, and a bowl of negi-don (green onion rice bowl) for 200 yen.

The noodles, which I usually like soft, felt quite tender even for me. Next time, I’ll ask for firmer noodles.
The soup felt somewhat lukewarm. It’s disappointing because when I visited about 10 years ago, both the bowl and the soup were piping hot.
I didn’t feel much particularity in the sliced pork, but the green onions were delicious.
The service was such that it made me wonder why these two decided to go into the food industry.
Their attitude was full of reluctance, as if they were being forced to work.
