I ordered Umakara Miso DX ramen 1,300 yen. It is expensive!!
The total quality is awesome!!
The noodles are relatively thin compared with noodles in other Jiro-kei ships. It helps noodle match the shop.
The amount of noodles is 160g according to a shop clerk.
The soup tastes dandan noodles other than Miso, but it is good. I wish the shop should have been hotter.
I requested the ramen to be less hot. I should not have done so.
The sliced pork is awesome. They are very good.
The atmosphere is not bad.
Although this shop is not crowded, more and more people come to this shop.
Next time I come to this shop, I wanna eat another one.
