The total quality is great.
The noodles are too soft for me.
The soup is good.
The sliced pork is very good, but the vegetables are nothing special.
The atmosphere is good.
In total, this ramen is not jiro-kei ramen but just a large-size ramen.
Next time I come here, I wanna eat a shoyu-based ramen. I will not eat miso again.
