It takes about 10-minute walk from the nearest station, Wakoshi Sta. 和光市駅.
There are various ramens on the menu. I ordered Ramen 300g. I requested a clerk to reduce the amount of noodles.
Also, you can add more vegetables, sliced garlic and back pork oil for free. I did them.
The total quality is so-so.
The noodles are relatively harder compared with those of ramens in other Jiro-kei shops.
Also, the noodles do not match with the soup.
The soup is mild and light for me. Others may like it.
I can enjoy the volume of sliced pork. However the taste is too rich for me.
The atmosphere in the shop is good.
By and large, the quality is not great, which does not mean this ramen is not good. What I wanna say is that this ramen is not good just for me.

If I lived near the shop, I would often come here. However, I cannot feel it does not be worth coming here.
