“味噌ラーメン専門店” means that this shop serves only miso ramans.
There are various miso ramens on the menu. I ordered Miso ramen with Red scallions.

The total quality is not good…
The noodles are not bad.
I cannot recognize this taste is miso because the strong taste of Scallions have a negative impact on the quality.
The scallions has numbness, which is Japanese pepper. I like the scallions themselve, but I do not like the numbness. I do not believe that the numbness has a positive influence on Miso ramen.
What I want to say is not that this ramen shop is bad, but that these scallions are not good. I wanna eat miso ramen without scallions in this shop.
The atmosphere in the shop is not bad.
